Who am I?
.My name is Nessim 🥷🏽, and for over 10 years I’ve been navigating between digital marketing, AI, and automation — always with the same goal: making things simple, efficient… and most importantly, actionable.
I’ve supported more than 1,000 people: entrepreneurs, business leaders, freelancers, associations, SMEs, and scale-ups — in Luxembourg 🇱🇺 and internationally.
It all started with a simple observation: how can I maximize my impact while reaching my goals? My mission has always been the same — helping you move faster, with clarity, and without wasting energy on things that don’t matter.
I also work as a trainer at the Chamber of Commerce, as a coach and consultant… but above all, as a partner who listens, challenges, and adapts to your level and your project.

Honestly? Because people asked me to! (true story)
At first, I started helping friends, entrepreneurs, and startup founders by sharing what I had learned. Then one, two, three people asked me if I could help them directly — and that’s how Vmerci was born.
I didn’t want to build a traditional “agency,” because that didn’t fit who I am or what I wanted to do. Instead, I created a structure where I can coach, train, and support — while working with a trusted network of experts I’ve met throughout my career.
The best in each field, and only real experts. That’s my philosophy: helping entrepreneurs and leaders reach their goals. Marketing, AI, and automation are just tools — never the end goal.
At Vmerci, we don’t sell pre-made solutions. We work with you. We co-build, we guide you in making the right decisions — whether you’re just starting out or already well on your way.

Je ne suis pas à l’aise avec la technique, c’est grave ?
Pas du tout. Justement, mon rôle c’est de te simplifier la vie. Je t’explique les choses simplement, je t’équipe avec les bons outils, et je te rends autonome (si tu veux l’être).
Est-ce que c’est adapté à une toute petite structure ?
Carrément. J’accompagne des freelances, des petites entreprises, des associations, mais aussi des scale-ups. On ajuste la méthode, les outils et les priorités selon ta taille et tes moyens.
Est-ce que tu fais tout toi-même ?
Je peux gérer beaucoup de choses, mais j’ai aussi un réseau d’experts de confiance (développeurs, créatifs, ads managers…) avec qui je travaille quand c’est nécessaire pour aller plus vite. Je reste toujours ton interlocuteur principal.
Comment on commence ?
Tu m’écris ou tu réserves un appel. On discute de ton projet, de tes besoins, et je te dis clairement si je peux t’aider — ou pas. Zéro engagement, juste un bon échange pour commencer.
Est-ce que tu travailles avec des débutant(e)s ?
Oui, bien sûr. Que tu démarres à peine ou que tu aies déjà une belle expérience, je m’adapte à ton niveau et à ton rythme. L’important, c’est que tu sois motivé(e) à faire avancer ton projet.
