DISCUTONS

Pré-analyse de votre situation actuelle

Nous vous mettons en relation avec la House of Entrepreneurship de la Chambre de Commerce ou le service eHandwierk de la Chambre des Métiers pour bénéficier d'une pré-analyse de votre situation en termes de digitalisation et identifier les actions prioritaires.
Vous pouvez bien sûr prendre directement RDV avec eux sans passer par l'étape 1, mais l'étape 1 permettra d'avoir une visibilité sur le travail à accomplir.

Définition de votre package

Une fois votre éligibilité confirmée par la la House of Entrepreneurship de la Chambre de Commerce ou le service eHandwierk, nous vous définissions ensemble le package qui répond le mieux à vos besoins. Le devis doit être compris entre 6 650 € HTVA et 25 000 € HTVA.

Soumission et examen de votre demande

Un conseiller expérimenté de la House of Entrepreneurship ou de la Chambre des Métiers vous accompagnera dans le processus de remplissage de votre demande d'aide financière, vous assurant ainsi une démarche fluide et efficace.
La Direction générale des Classes moyennes du ministère de l'Économie analyse et prend une décision concernant votre demande.

Mise en œuvre du package

Nous mettons en place la solution digitale en fonction du package choisi. Chaque approche est unique car chaque projet est unique. Certains travaillent leur site, d'autres leurs SEO, d'autres leur Google Ads, ou encore les agents IA. Et certains les font tous.

Évaluation de votre projet

L'évaluation finale de votre projet est une étape essentielle pour mesurer votre satisfaction, les économies réalisées et l'impact positif sur votre entreprise, garantissant ainsi une transition numérique réussie. Donc une fois l'accompagnement terminé, une réunion d'évaluation est organisée pour évaluer votre niveau de satisfaction et les économies réalisées. Cette étape marque la clôture du processus.

Réception de l'aide de l'état

Une fois votre projet évalué et l'entièreté de la facture réglée, vous recevrez rapidement la subvention qui peut aller jusqu'à 17 500 € de la Direction générale des Classes moyennes du ministère de l'Économie, concrétisant ainsi votre avantage financier.

How much support is available through the SME Packages – Digital?

Up to €17,500

The SME Packages – Digital program requires the implementation of a project with a budget between €3,000 (excl. VAT) and €25,000 (excl. VAT). The financial aid, provided by the Directorate General for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of the Ministry of the Economy, covers up to 70% of eligible digital solution costs — for a maximum of €17,500 (excl. VAT).
